Key Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping and cleaning of both interior and exterior premises.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all restrooms within the facility.
• Clean windows, doors, and designated areas like the coffee station as needed.
• Manage trash disposal containers and operate equipment including trash compactor, cardboard baler, and floor scrubber as required.
• Attend to spill cleanups in the warehouse promptly to avoid hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the employee break room according to schedule.
• Collaborate with departmental managers for aisle cleaning duties.
• Ensure daily verification and logging of sanitation activities as per HACCP guidelines.
• Support management by performing additional duties assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of sanitation standards and guidelines.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn operation of floor machines, balers, and compactors is advantageous.
• Physical ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
