Role Overview

We are seeking a Podiatrist to join our Hobart team on a permanent basis. This full-time opportunity offers clinical diversity, stability, and pathways for substantial career progression. You will manage a varied caseload within clinic, community, and residential aged care environments, enjoying autonomy alongside support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general foot care and preventative podiatry services.
  • Conduct diabetic foot assessments and manage associated conditions.
  • Perform nail surgery procedures.
  • Assess and treat musculoskeletal podiatry issues and biomechanics.
  • Prescribe and manage custom orthotic devices.
  • Deliver paediatric podiatry services.
  • Offer NDIS and disability-related services.
  • Conduct community and residential aged care visits.
  • Manage clinic-based consultations.

Candidate Profile

  • Current registration as a Podiatrist with AHPRA.
  • Excellent clinical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Possess a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience in orthotics and/or nail surgery is advantageous.
  • Full rights to work in Australia.
