Job Responsibilities

• Install water supply and drainage plumbing systems in kitchen, bathroom, and laundry areas of the hotel.
• Perform repairs on leaks, blockages, broken pipes, faucets, and toilets promptly.
• Address emergency plumbing situations quickly to reduce operational disruption.
• Inspect plumbing infrastructure to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Install and upkeep water heaters and boilers to maintain hot water supply.
• Ensure plumbing systems meet sanitation and hygiene standards, including grease trap maintenance.
• Connect and service appliances such as dishwashers, ice machines, and washing machines.
• Collaborate with maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams for smooth operations.
• Keep detailed records of all plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Successfully completed a certified plumbing apprenticeship or vocational training.
• Familiar with local plumbing codes and health regulations applicable to hospitality.
• Experience working with commercial plumbing systems in hotel or similar environments.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in diagnosing plumbing issues.
• Physical strength and dexterity to handle plumbing tools and equipment effectively.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
