Job description
Role Overview
The Plant Head is responsible for translating the organization's business vision into practical operational strategies and executing strategic plans to improve production capabilities and lead the plant's overall transformation efforts.
Primary Duties
- Develop and oversee daily production approaches, optimizing scheduling and effective resource utilization to boost efficiency and maximize output levels.
- Manage comprehensive machine shop operations with a focus on improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SQDCM) benchmarks.
- Lead initiatives to ensure operational stability and manufacturing excellence, emphasizing continual improvement across production activities.
- Drive strategic programs aimed at increasing throughput, raising manufacturing efficiency, and expanding capacity across machining and assembly processes.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in any specialization.
