Key Responsibilities
- Assess and communicate the Engineer’s approval of contractors' baseline work schedules in accordance with contractual terms and Parsons’ recommendations.
- Validate resource allocation to ensure the project’s timely delivery.
- Construct a comprehensive Master Schedule merging multiple project components, accounting for their interdependencies and mutual impacts.
- Review and verify updated progress schedules to identify potential delays, highlight critical milestones, and recommend corrective measures.
- Perform "what-if" analyses to evaluate the time implications of changes, variations, or potential events early, providing alternatives before contractor instructions.
- Generate periodic progress and monthly reports with program assessments, resolving scheduling challenges to support on-time completion, including delivering presentations on project milestones.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of claims such as Extensions of Time and Disruption through advanced delay analysis techniques, demonstrating concurrent delays where applicable.

- Coordinate with clients to finalize contractor programs, reports, and claim documentation.
- Participate in various meetings—kick-off, technical, service coordination, progress reviews—contributing valuable insights and preparing accurate meeting minutes.
- Create and maintain trackers and logs monitoring critical issues during design and construction phases.
- Establish agreement on progress measurement systems and key performance indicators with consultants and contractors for effective project monitoring.
- Deliver clear and effective presentations to management and interact with diverse professionals, providing analytical and reasoned responses to contractor notices.
- Maintain accurate project records contemporaneously.
- Issue delay notices and slow performance letters to document contractor shortcomings when schedules are not met.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
- Possesses at least seven years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling for infrastructure projects such as utilities, roads, landscaping, and structures, preferably within the Gulf region community development sector.

- Proficient in scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.
- Exhibits strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Familiar with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
