Job Overview
Flipkart Minutes Warehouse is looking to hire dedicated individuals for the role of Picker / Packer, responsible for preparing orders, scanning items, and packing them efficiently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of ₹14,000 per month inclusive of statutory benefits such as PF and ESIC.
- Additional earnings include an attendance bonus of ₹1,000, a performance bonus of ₹4,000, leave encashment of ₹700, and a night allowance of ₹120.
- Estimated total take-home salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹18,000 monthly.
Work Shifts
- Morning shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Night shift: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM
