Job Overview

This role involves collecting and packaging orders accurately within a warehouse or dark store setting. The individual is responsible for gathering groceries and daily essentials from shelves, ensuring items are packed securely for dispatch. Maintaining stock records and organizing the storage environment are also key duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and collect ordered products precisely from storage shelves.
• Safely and correctly pack items into bags or boxes ready for shipment.
• Keep inventory up to date by monitoring stock and product labels.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the storage area.
• Conduct quality checks to confirm that only intact, unexpired, and accurate items are dispatched.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Preferred minimum education level is completion of 10th grade, although candidates with lower education may be accepted depending on location.
• Age range generally between 18 and 30 years.
• Basic proficiency in the local language or elementary English communication is typically sufficient.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including day, afternoon, and night schedules.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹23,000, influenced by experience, location, and interview results.
• Possible attendance incentives and allowances for working in shift rotations depending on the hub.
