Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

Flipkart Minutes is seeking diligent Field Sales Associates or Operations Executives to join their team in Bangalore. This role involves a blend of office days and fieldwork focused on merchant acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to restaurants and vendors within designated Bangalore zones.
• Identify potential new restaurant and merchant partners and onboard them successfully.
• Complete 10 to 15 field visits daily to meet onboarding targets.
• Communicate the value of Flipkart Minutes Food to prospects to convert them into active partners.
• Manage your assigned territory while fostering strong merchant relationships.
• Collect and verify all necessary documents from vendors.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Experience ranging from 6 months to over a year in field sales, FMCG sales, vendor acquisition, banking, credit cards, insurance, food-tech, or related sales-oriented roles.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is essential.
• Applicant must possess a personal two-wheeler and be willing to travel extensively within local areas.
• Exemplary communication, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
• Orientation towards targets and comfortable operating in field sales scenarios.
• Previous experience with Swiggy or Zomato is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Employment Terms and Perks

• Position type is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Work schedule entails six days per week, with two days in office and the remaining days dedicated to field sales.
• Fuel expenses reimbursed according to company policies.
