Sprs Solutions Private Limited is looking for a Picker / Packer to join the team at their Chandivali, Mumbai location for a full-time role. The Picker / Packer will be responsible for accurately retrieving products based on customer orders, inspecting items for quantity and expiry, and securely packing them. Maintaining product placement and store orderliness while adhering to safety and operational protocols is essential. Efficient completion of assigned orders through coordination with colleagues and supervisors is required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education: completion of 10th or 12th grade.
- Open to freshers without prior experience.
- Basic proficiency in reading simple English or Hindi.
- Physical capability to stand and walk extensively during shifts.
- Possession of Aadhaar and other necessary documents for joining.
Working Conditions
- Work environment is a dimly lit store or warehouse area.
- Shifts involve prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Shift timings are rotational and may include day and night shifts as per store requirements.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 16,000 to INR 18,000, following company standards.
