About the Company
IKAMATE HR INDIA PVT LTD is seeking individuals to join their team as Pickers & Packers / Inventory Associates for warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive, sort, and properly store incoming inventory items.
- Scan and update inventory records to maintain accuracy.
- Inspect products for correct quantity and quality standards.
- Keep the warehouse environment clean and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and dispatching goods.
- Meet daily targets related to productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational qualification ranging from 10th to 12th pass.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory roles.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills and disciplined work ethic.
- Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary between ₹16,000 and ₹17,000 along with additional incentives.
