Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Cable Technicians and Cable Engineers to join our team at various locations including Juhinagar, Malad, and Bhiwandi. Candidates should have experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Hardware, and Networking.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, route, and manage electrical, network, LAN, fiber-optic, and other cables according to project requirements.
• Perform cable laying, dressing, tagging, termination, and jointing activities efficiently.
• Set up and maintain cable trays, conduits, racks, patch panels, and associated infrastructure.
• Use appropriate testing equipment to test and troubleshoot cables, diagnosing faults, connectivity issues, and signal problems.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of cables for maintenance and reference.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols and company standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to complete assignments within set project deadlines.
• Maintain installation and testing tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Expertise and Skills

• Proficient in cable installation and termination techniques.
• Hands-on experience with LAN and WAN cabling systems.
• Knowledge of fiber-optic and structured cabling methods.
• Capability in cable testing and effective troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Ability to operate various cable testing tools.
• Familiar with site work safety measures and practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
