Job description
Job Overview
The role requires independently managing the calibration and testing of energy meters and related testing instruments. The position involves hands-on operation of electronic power sources and measurement devices such as Fluke power meters, digital multimeters, and various other power source brands.
Responsibilities
- Oversee calibration and testing activities for energy meters and associated equipment.
- Execute calibration procedures both at the company premises and at client locations.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with NABL accreditation standards and ISO17025 guidelines.
Requirements
- Practical experience with electronic power sources and measurement tools like Fluke power meters and digital multimeters.
- Strong understanding of ISO 17025 standard and NABL accreditation procedures applicable to the electro-technical sector.
- Knowledge of RF, field, and in-house meter testing techniques.
- Experience with uncertainty calculation related to calibration activities.
- Ability to prepare and manage calibration documentation compliant with NABL guidelines.
