Picker

About the Role

This position involves varied responsibilities within the store, including shelf stocking, till operation, maintaining stock levels, and picking deliveries. The working hours are Sunday 09:00-17:00, Monday to Wednesday 10:30-19:00, and Thursday 09:30-19:00. You will play a critical role in ensuring customers receive prompt, efficient service tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and promptly reporting discrepancies to management.
• Inspecting product quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is secure prior to delivery.
• Providing excellent customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
• Maintaining politeness when interacting with delivery personnel and addressing queries or complaints, escalating complex issues appropriately.
