Job description
Role Overview
As a Class 2 Delivery Driver, you will undertake local driving duties and contribute to the success of a dedicated delivery team. This position offers opportunities for overtime along with fully funded CPC training hours. Successful candidates can earn up to £41,900 annually while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with returning clients. As the role operates seven days a week, shifts may include weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
- Load stock at the branch and deliver to customer locations efficiently and carefully.
- Ensure customer shelves remain stocked with essential products to meet their demands.
- Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracy and timeliness.
Candidate Requirements
- Hold a valid Category C / 18T (Class 2) driving license.
- Minimum of two years’ driving experience, preferably with delivery driving exposure.
- Capability to perform manual deliveries.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills to manage documentation and route planning.
