Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using handheld terminals, reporting any discrepancies to the Manager.
• Inspect product quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is secure for delivery preparation.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by efficiently processing deliveries to meet targets.
• Maintain courteous communication with delivery personnel, addressing queries and escalating complex issues appropriately.

• Exhibit a proactive, can-do attitude, comfortable with meeting assigned picking rates.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service, going above and beyond for valued customers.
• Reliable punctuality and professional appearance are essential.
