Graduate Programme Overview

This programme is designed for recent or soon-to-be graduates in software engineering, computer science, or related fields. Over the course of two years, you'll rotate through four different product teams, gaining experience with varied products and technologies. This rotational structure provides you the opportunity to discover your strengths and cultivate them with supportive guidance.

We employ AI technologies to streamline our workflows such as idea exploration, code generation, and automation of repetitive tasks. As a graduate, you will learn how to leverage AI tools wisely, recognizing where they provide value and where human judgment is indispensable. Alongside this, you'll build a solid foundation in software engineering principles, including coding, system architectures, trade-offs, and understanding backend operations.

• Recently graduated or about to graduate with a relevant degree

Additional Information

The start date for this role is expected between November and early December 2026. Applicants must include their academic transcript during application.
