Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to conduct home visits for basic health checkups as scheduled daily, ensuring timely completion of appointments and accurate collection of samples and data.
Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled home visits to perform essential health assessments.
- Adhere strictly to the daily visit timetable and complete all appointments punctually.
- Accurately collect biological samples and relevant data during visits.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess a qualification such as DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or Nursing.
- Prior experience using Vacutainer equipment is mandatory.
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork with daily travel requirements.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone is essential to fulfill job duties.
Working Hours
The daily working schedule is from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
Compensation
Payment is made per visit at a rate of Rs.140, with earnings increasing based on the number of visits completed each day. Potential monthly earnings can reach up to Rs.40,000 depending on visit volume.
