Job description
Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for visiting patients' homes to conduct basic health assessments according to a set daily schedule. Timeliness in completing your assigned visits is essential. You must accurately collect blood samples and other data during these visits.
Work Schedule and Compensation
Your work hours are from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM daily. Compensation is calculated at a rate of Rs. 140 per visit, with earnings directly linked to the number of visits completed each day, offering the potential to earn up to Rs. 40,000 per month.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates should hold a diploma or degree such as DMLT, BMLT, CMLT, or Nursing. Practical experience with Vacutainer blood collection systems is mandatory. The role requires readiness for fieldwork involving daily travel, so possessing a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone is necessary.
