Role Overview
Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store to provide essential health, beauty, and convenience services focused on customer well-being in your community.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pharmacy operations during duty hours, including professional counseling and dispensing medications adhering to regulatory standards.
- Provide consultations to customers and healthcare professionals, ensuring confidentiality, privacy, and consent management compliance.
- Practice within the full scope of professional services and expanded capabilities.
- Maintain accurate prescription records and oversee controlled substances in compliance with legislation and reporting requirements.
- Manage workflow, inventory, and dispensary access to ensure operational efficiency and patient confidentiality.
- Ensure pharmacy areas reflect a professional image and contribute to financial reporting and internal communications.
- File incident reports for any medication or privacy-related concerns involving customers or staff.

Compensation & Work Environment
