Overview
Join Spinal Life Australia in Biloela to support individuals living with acquired spinal cord injuries, helping them lead accessible and empowered lives. This role offers meaningful contributions to clients within their own homes.

Key Duties
- Assisting clients with transfers between beds and wheelchairs, including use of hoists
- Providing grooming, bathing, dressing, and dental hygiene support
- Offering personal care such as toileting and bladder and bowel management
- Managing basic wound care and administering self-medication
- Performing domestic tasks like meal preparation, laundry, and household chores
- Facilitating community involvement by driving clients to appointments and social events
Candidate Profile
- Excellent listening skills and genuine communication ability
- Availability to work fixed fortnightly rosters, covering mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts
- Possession of a current driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Either currently holding or willing to acquire NDIS Worker Screening and Blue Cards
- Relevant experience in care work and/or suitable qualifications are preferred
