Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 9 to 11 years of expertise to design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications. The ideal candidate must be certified in CSA/CCSA and proficient in the Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, code, test, and implement Pega software solutions leveraging CSA or CCSA certifications.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to gather business requirements and produce effective, reliable solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving Pega development, including bug fixing and defect correction.
• Maintain compliance with coding standards and development best practices throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Engage in team knowledge-sharing activities to enhance overall skill and performance.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 9 to 11 years of hands-on experience in Pega development specializing in PRPC.
• Deep understanding of Pega architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and business rule management.
• Skilled in utilizing the Customer Service Studio Assistant (CSSA) tool for constructing customer service applications.
• Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to tight timelines.
