Payroll Specialist

Job Overview

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS listed on Nasdaq, is seeking a Payroll Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing monthly payroll processing, maintaining employee data, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws, and handling payroll-related communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
• Verify and update employee information, including attendance, hiring, transfers, and terminations.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor legislation and GOSI requirements.
• Maintain detailed and precise payroll and employee records within HR systems.
• Generate payroll reports and related documentation as needed.
• Liaise with the Finance department to facilitate salary payments and bank transfers.
• Address employee questions regarding salaries, deductions, and associated benefits.
• Support internal audits and payroll control assessments.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing payroll procedures.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) systems.
• Knowledge of payroll administration and HR operations.
• Understanding of Saudi Labor Laws and General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) regulations.
• Strong communication skills combined with a high degree of confidentiality.
