Payroll Associate - CRO

Role Summary

This position, based in Abu Dhabi, is designated exclusively for fresh graduate UAE nationals. The primary objective is to oversee product and service functions to guarantee high-quality service delivery to staff members, uphold operational controls, and foster continuous enhancements in financial services and operational efficiency while representing ADIB with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage staff account documentation by addressing account inquiries, facilitating account opening and closures, ensuring form completeness, and complying with KYC policies and Central Bank guidelines.
• Administer finance account documentation, including handling finance and card inquiries, maintaining customer files, preparing finance applications with necessary approvals, entering data accurately into systems, and ensuring correct form completion.
• Lead and coordinate staff management activities, including training plans and performance appraisals for subordinates.
• Process payroll transactions and calculate and enter overtime hours accurately.
• Prepare diverse payment memos and invoices.
• Compile advance leave salary details and maintain updated reports on advances.
• Support preparation of journal vouchers and general ledger reports and entries.
• Assist Customer Relationship Management by suggesting workflow improvements annually to enhance branch processes.
• Provide detailed responses supporting internal audits and Central Bank of UAE regulatory comments concerning financial products and staff services.
• Ensure strict adherence to ADIB's policies and operational controls during all daily activities.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Comprehensive understanding of ADIB’s retail banking financial products and services.
• In-depth knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures at ADIB.
• Strong grasp of UAE banking regulations, practices, and risk management.
• Familiarity with all regulatory directives issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
• Awareness of local market competitors.
• Basic understanding of service quality standards.
• Effective training and sales abilities.
• Proficient management information system skills.
• Competent computer literacy.
