Role Summary

The Payroll Associate is an entry-level position focused on supporting daily payroll activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role entails handling payroll data entry, maintaining employee records, assisting with tax filings, and responding to payroll-related inquiries, offering a solid foundation for growth in payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with payroll data processing for employees
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records
  • Verify and reconcile salary, working hours, and deductions
  • Support payroll tax calculations and submissions
  • Address employee queries regarding payroll matters
  • Ensure adherence to payroll laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification
  • At least one year of experience in payroll or a similar domain
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations in at least one country
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong command of the English language
