Role Overview
The Pastoral Coordinator plays a vital role in fostering the comprehensive development and wellbeing of students. This leadership position requires collaboration with key stakeholders to nurture academic support, wellbeing, and conduct, aligned with the Catholic school's values and mission. The coordinator is instrumental in promoting a respectful and caring community atmosphere and is expected to exemplify professional conduct both in and outside the classroom, while supporting the Executive Leadership Team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary ranges from $81,439 to $137,861 per annum, depending on teaching service years
- Eligibility for an additional $20,139 NSW Coordinator 2 allowance

Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor of Education or Master of Teaching degree
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Accreditation by NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
- Accreditation in line with Work Teach and Lead Catholic Education policies for Canberra and Goulburn
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required
