Opportunity
We have an opening for a motivated and customer-oriented Parts Interpreter at our Tom Price Branch. Reporting directly to the Pilbara Manager, the role involves several key responsibilities aimed at ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient parts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality service to both external and internal customers in relation to parts.
- Accurately interpreting customers' requests for parts.
- Identifying, sourcing, and supplying the required parts to fulfill customer needs.
- Generating invoices for parts transactions.
- Maintaining and updating computer records to ensure accurate data management.
- Addressing and resolving any discrepancies related to invoices and purchase orders.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a parts-related environment is essential.
- A strong mechanical aptitude is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in computer use and digital record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Valid forklift license is required.
- Prior knowledge or experience with earthmoving or construction equipment will be an advantage.
