Role Overview

The Parts Interpreter role is customer-centric and hands-on, requiring accurate assistance in part identification and contributing to the effective day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in accurately determining and obtaining needed parts
• Manage sales transactions, order processing, and customer inquiries
• Pick, package, and dispatch parts efficiently
• Assist with stock management and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• A strong customer service orientation
• Interest or background in automotive, parts, or trade sectors
• Effective communication and keen attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on approach coupled with teamwork spirit

Desirable but Not Mandatory

• Experience in parts, automotive, or mechanical fields
• Familiarity with trucks or heavy vehicles
• Possession of a forklift license
