Job description
Overview
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive and expand our global supply partnerships that power a cutting-edge AI-based recruitment advertising platform. This role demands ownership of partnership relationships that influence revenue, platform reach, and overall performance worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new supply channels globally, negotiate commercial terms, and onboard partners to ensure quick integration and delivery of recruitment candidates.
- Monitor partner performance rigorously to diagnose issues and implement timely fixes to maintain smooth operations.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Technology teams to resolve integration challenges and facilitate high-value partner launches.
- Design and implement automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual reporting workloads.
- Develop strategic growth roadmaps for partnerships and present these to executive leadership to secure alignment and resources.
What Makes This Role Unique
This position merges relationship management with operational responsibilities, offering complete ownership of the partnership life cycle—from discovery and deal closure to launch, tracking, and optimization—without reliance on multiple handoffs. The role provides direct access to senior leadership and an opportunity to build scalable systems rather than just executing daily tasks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of experience in partnerships, supply operations, business operations, or client-facing roles, preferably within SaaS, Ad Tech, HR Tech, or recruitment advertising industries.
- Hands-on negotiation experience with ownership of commercial outcomes rather than merely supporting deals.
- Strong analytical ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets and spotting patterns unseen by others.
- Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to switch contexts effectively among partner interactions, data analysis, and strategic documentation.
- A proactive approach to process improvement, with a tendency to automate and refine workflows independently.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments, thriving under such conditions.
Benefits and Perks
- Direct commercial ownership and accountability from the start.
- Exposure to executive leadership including CXOs and cross-functional teams such as Product, Technology, Sales, and Client Success.
- Clear career growth pathway, with precedent for capability-building within the company's supply ecosystem.
- Competitive compensation with additional stock options incentives.
- Opportunity to work with global partners and markets, not limited to a specific geography.
