About the Role
Join a rapidly expanding B2B commerce firm in Doha, Qatar that operates in trade, import/export, supply chain, and logistics sectors across the region. This internship offers a valuable chance for university students or recent graduates to gain practical experience in business development, partnership cultivation, and outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to pinpoint potential clients and strategic business partners.
- Engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, telephone, and additional communication methods.
- Identify and evaluate new business leads and opportunities.
- Arrange initial meetings and calls with interested parties.
- Update and manage outreach databases and follow-up schedules.
- Assist in business growth and collaboration initiatives.
- Foster relationships with prospective customers and partners.
- Monitor outreach efficiency and progress through the sales pipeline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate specializing in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic, proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Self-assured and willing to initiate contact with new connections.
- Organized, proactive, and highly motivated to learn.
- Strong interest in trade, logistics, supply chain management, and business development.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to LinkedIn or Customer Relationship Management tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market or regional business environment is a plus.
