Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic direction for front-end architecture focusing on ReactJS and micro-frontend designs.
• Lead multiple engineering teams to ensure uniform delivery of high-quality UI platform components.
• Make critical technical decisions regarding module federation, shared component architecture, and integration methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with teams across product management, architecture, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to harmonize project priorities and platform development plans.
• Implement engineering practices aimed at enhancing code quality, release management, and platform stability.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 14 to 17 years of total professional experience with a minimum of five years in a director-level technical leadership role.
• Proficient in ReactJS, Redux, and contemporary front-end architectural principles.
• Extensive experience owning front-end architecture, especially involving micro-frontends and module federation on enterprise-grade platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large engineering departments and drive complex platform projects from conception to delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of front-end scalability challenges, integration patterns, and the governance of UI platforms.

Preferred Attributes

• Demonstrated capability in managing large, geographically distributed technical teams.

Educational Requirements

A bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an allied technical discipline is essential.
