Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analog Layout Engineer to join a VC-backed stealth mode EDA startup in Bengaluru as a Founding Member of the Technical Staff focusing on AI Agentic Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage layout design from floorplanning to signoff for UCIe and SerDes PHY blocks.
- Design layouts including TX/RX, PLL/DLL, CDR, clocking circuits, driver and receiver high-speed I/O circuits.
- Perform block and PHY level floorplanning, power planning, and implement techniques such as matching, shielding, and signal integrity optimization.
- Ensure DRC, LVS, ERC, PEX and EMIR closures are met for tapeout quality.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Expertise in Analog and Custom IC layout and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Analog/SerDes/PHY design principles and parasitic management.
- Proficiency in noise isolation, shielding, and differential routing techniques.
- Experience working with advanced technology nodes including FinFET, GAA, and cutting-edge CMOS processes.
- Hands-on experience with signoff tools and processes including DRC, LVS, PEX, and EMIR.
- Familiarity with UCIe, PCIe, SerDes, DDR, and PHY protocols.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical disciplines.
Compensation
The offered annual salary ranges from 3,500,000 to 8,000,000 INR.
