Overnight Maintenance Associate

Job Summary

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store environment, ensuring customers experience a welcoming atmosphere from the parking lot to inside the store, including restrooms and receiving areas. This position works overnight shifts at Walmart Supercenter #1728 in Anderson, IN.

Compensation and Scheduling

• Hourly wages range from $14 to $27, guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage set for the location.
• Additional earnings may include quarterly or annual performance-based incentive bonuses.
• Specific premiums, varying from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, may be added depending on shift schedule, facility, season, or nature of work. Multiple premiums can be combined if applicable.
