Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves supporting customer service by performing various tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring a smooth flow of goods onto the sales floor. Key duties include unloading trailers, moving pallets, processing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. The incumbent will collaborate as part of a team to effectively prioritize and complete tasks aligned with operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Set up displays, merchandise, and signage for featured items.
• Conduct live unloading of diverse merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and stocking areas, distinguishing this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and backroom for overnight processing.
• Assist with sales floor stocking as assigned and provide customer service when needed.
• Label sales floor areas in preparation for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are securely installed.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $17.75 per hour.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
