Overnight Associate (Stocking) - Full Time

Position Overview

This role involves ensuring excellent customer service by performing tasks related to receiving goods and managing merchandise flow onto the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, moving pallets, labeling products, stocking shelves, and maintaining a safe, clean working environment. The associate works as part of a team, organizing duties based on workload and store operations.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor in advance of store opening
• Set up, merchandise, and label featured products
• Execute live unloading of various merchandise goods
• Focus heavily on labeling and stocking merchandise in backroom bins
• Move pallets between storage and sales floor during overnight shifts
• Assist in shelving goods on the sales floor and provide customer support when needed
• Complete labeling tasks for the sales floor to ensure readiness for opening
• Maintain a hazard-free, clean workplace by following company policies, safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age
