Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through efficient handling and movement of merchandise from receiving through to the sales floor in a tidy and secure setting. The Overnight Associate contributes as a cooperative team member by strategically managing workload and operational tasks during overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Merchandise, set up displays, and post signage for featured products.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize labeling and placing stock into backroom bins, distinguishing this role from day/evening fulfillment positions.
• Move pallets of merchandise between the backroom and sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist with sales floor stocking and provide customer service as needed.
• Conduct labeling activities to ready the sales floor for opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by following policies including safety sweep logs and ensuring fixtures and displays are secure.

Salary

This role offers a minimum hourly wage starting at $15.50.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
