• Assist customers in using self checkout stations efficiently, offering friendly support and closely monitoring the area to resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage any security alarm alerts according to company procedures and keep accurate logs of non-deactivation incidents.
• Ensure that Scan & Go devices are properly returned and stored after customer use.
• Adapt to varied work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.

Challenges to Anticipate

• Managing a high volume of tasks efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting including overnight shifts.
• Physical demands such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Carrying out repetitive duties such as product stocking and zoning, all while maintaining store standards and attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $16.15.
