  • Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and clean work environment.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet store operational needs.

Challenges to Anticipate

  • Manage overnight work hours efficiently by planning to sustain energy and focus throughout shifts.
  • Handle a fast-paced, high-volume restocking workload accurately and promptly.
  • Engage in physical activities such as standing for long periods, bending, and lifting inventory items weighing up to 20 lbs. regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform repetitive stocking, zoning, and product organizing tasks with high consistency and attention to detail.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.35.
