• Ensure all items are clearly signed and accurately priced following company protocols including ordering, markdowns, labeling, and clearances.
• Follow strict cold chain, food safety, sanitation, and cleaning guidelines such as temperature monitoring, proper food handling, and expiry date adherence.
• Maintain merchandising displays and promotional features to meet standards and support marketing efforts.
• Preserve a safe, clean, and hazard-free workspace by promptly removing debris, spills, and complying with health and safety rules.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business demands.

Challenges and Physical Requirements

• Effectively manage high demands in a fast-paced environment, staying alert and energized during overnight shifts.
• Handle physically demanding tasks involving standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items between 20 to occasionally 50 pounds.
• Perform repetitive duties such as stocking and organizing with consistent attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation
