Role Overview

We seek multiple Account Managers to join our Business Development team focused on US-based software clients. The ideal candidate will be articulate, knowledgeable about complex technological benefits, and skilled in sales strategies. Their core duties encompass generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving consistent sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and maintain client retention by engaging in lead generation and relationship management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to present opportunities and close deals monthly to meet quotas.
• Navigate business development challenges creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of business development experience, preferably in software sales.
• Strong familiarity with IT service offerings and international marketing advantages.
• Team collaboration skills with excellent listening, problem-solving, and follow-up capabilities.
• Experience managing the end-to-end sales process: pipeline generation, proposal creation, solution presentation, discussions with key decision makers, and contract negotiation.
• Comfort handling complex solutions with purchasing cycles spanning one to six months.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Willingness to work US time zone hours.
