Role Overview

We seek multiple Account Managers to join our Business Development team for a US-based software firm. The ideal candidate will be an articulate communicator with an understanding of complex technological advantages for clients and a proven sales track record. The role centers on identifying, developing, and closing sales prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and maintain client relationships.
• Generate leads, nurture client communication, and build long-term relationships.
• Consistently close sales each month to meet or exceed targets.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum six months' business development experience, preferably in software sales.
• Familiarity with IT services and experience in international marketing is advantageous.
• Excellent team collaboration skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and persistent follow-through abilities.
• Experience managing the full sales process: pipeline development, proposal creation, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
• Preferably skilled in handling complex solution sales with purchasing cycles of one to six months.
• Proficient in lead generation, client retention, and target achievement.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
