Role Overview

The OTC Specialist based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, plays a vital role in managing accounts payable processes to ensure accurate and timely handling of invoices and payments, supporting operational financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement accounts payable strategies following established processes to manage invoice lifecycles from receipt through payment.
• Execute assigned tasks such as processing vendor invoices and expense claims on schedule, reconciling outstanding balances, and maintaining precise records and control reports.
• Meet service level agreements and internal customer expectations to deliver high-quality service within designated responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to team members to resolve daily operational service challenges.
• Investigate and address financial and technical issues like overdue data, billing disputes, and data quality inconsistencies.
• Propose service enhancements based on detailed issue analysis to improve quality and reduce costs.
• Perform comprehensive financial analyses of accounts payable results and activities to support management decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounts payable or financial operations.
