Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the planning department and production supervisors to develop efficient and achievable production schedules.
- Supervise and lead line coordinators to monitor the progress of orders, ensuring timely production completion.
- Examine production delivery data regularly to identify and implement improvements to delivery key performance indicators (KPIs).
