Associate - Project Coordination

Role Overview

We seek a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee IT asset management, project governance, financial oversight, procurement processes, and compliance monitoring within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold a robust IT Asset Management (ITAM) framework.
• Manage tracking of IT assets across their entire lifecycle including procurement, deployment, maintenance, transfer, and disposal stages.
• Conduct regular audits of assets, keeping precise asset registers and inventory logs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies related to asset management.
• Oversee project progress from initiation to completion, maintaining project portfolios, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and budget statuses.
• Create governance reports and dashboards to update management on project statuses.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to meet project deliverable targets per approved plans.
• Monitor financial aspects such as project spending, invoice processing, purchase orders, contracts, and payment timelines.
• Validate vendor invoices and payment claims for accuracy before approval.
• Maintain comprehensive financial records and audit trails for projects and operations.
• Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and financial analysis related to projects.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and ready for internal and external audit processes.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, procurement policies, and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Asset Management.
• Demonstrated track record in project governance and PMO activities.
• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement, contract administration, and audit standards.
• Strong skills in analysis and reporting.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks and operational controls.
