Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Develop and define the overall KPI framework for SASC, establishing performance benchmarks for all departments.
- Manage and execute regular assessments of departmental performance through data analysis and track improvements.
- Lead initiatives focused on market value analysis (MVA), cost reduction strategies, and enhancing productivity.
- Oversee budget compliance, cost management, and optimize operational expenditures.
