Oracle Technical Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle BPM Technical Consultant with proficiency in both Arabic and English to assist in the analysis, design, development, deployment, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise business process management solutions. This role involves cooperation with business stakeholders, architects, and functional and technical teams to enhance and automate business processes leveraging Oracle BPM Suite and affiliated Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, tailor, and deploy business process solutions utilizing the Oracle BPM Suite.
• Set up and implement BPM workflows, manage human tasks, apply business rules, and orchestrate processes.
• Create process models adhering to BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Construct reusable components and services that enable enterprise workflows.
• Engage in solution architecture, participate in design reviews, and contribute to technical evaluations.
• Integrate Oracle BPM applications with enterprise systems via REST/SOA services, APIs, and middleware.
• Develop service interfaces and process integrations using Oracle SOA Suite.
• Optimize and create SQL/PLSQL objects as needed.
• Support integration efforts with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, and external platforms.
• Provide level 2 and level 3 production support for BPM applications, including troubleshooting workflow, integration, and performance challenges.
• Conduct root cause analyses and apply corrective measures.
• Support application upgrades, software patches, and enhancements.
• Collect and analyze business needs from Arabic-speaking stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions in both Arabic and English languages.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment instructions, and operational manuals.
• Work closely with business users during User Acceptance Testing and production deployments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferred Oracle BPM and/or Oracle SOA certifications; Oracle Cloud certifications considered a plus.
• At least 8 years of total IT experience, with more than 5 years in hands-on Oracle BPM development.
• Substantial background in workflow automation and process digitization projects.
• Experience within banking, financial services, or large enterprise sectors is advantageous.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Arabic-speaking business stakeholders.
