About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in application support and a hands-on approach in assisting business users within production environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing Level 2 functional support and managing incidents effectively.
- Handling service requests promptly and ensuring smooth operations in Oracle Fusion HCM Time Labor and Absence Management.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to time cards, time entry rules, and time calculation rules.
Skills & Experience
- 6 to 8 years of expertise as an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.
- Deep knowledge of Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules.
- Proven ability in incident management and business user support within live production settings.
