Role Overview

This position invites candidates with introductory experience in Oracle ERP, finance, or business systems, aiming to advance their consulting careers within New Zealand's leading Oracle team. The Oracle ERP Analyst / Consultant will aid clients in enhancing finance and procurement operations via Oracle Cloud ERP. Primary workstreams include finance and procure-to-pay processes across diverse client implementations. Travel flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining finance process and system requirements.
• Contribute to Oracle Cloud ERP solution design, configuration, documentation, testing, and training efforts.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders for effective solution delivery.
• Engage proactively in workshops, project meetings, and status updates with clarity and confidence.
• Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies appropriately.
• Support user engagement, change management activities, and adoption of new workflows.
• Participate in presales and proposal development when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• One to two years of experience or relevant exposure to Oracle Financials, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP, or other ERP/business systems.
• Practical experience or training in system configuration, support, testing, process design, or documentation.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP or other Cloud SaaS platforms (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics 365, Workday) is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of finance concepts including accounting, financial processes, and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Excellent communication abilities with teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Educational background or qualifications in accounting, finance, IT, or related fields preferred.
