Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire lifecycle of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Treasury from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business needs by conducting fit-gap analysis to transform them into detailed functional specifications.
• Develop and document tailored functional solutions where standard Oracle EBS capabilities do not suffice.
• Collaborate effectively with technical teams to convey business requirements and validate solutions delivered.
• Configure, customize, and integrate Oracle EBS Finance modules to optimize financial workflows and reporting.
• Ensure the Oracle EBS systems comply with financial regulations, maintain internal controls, and are audit-ready.
• Create and keep updated process documentation, user training materials, and knowledge bases for smooth user adoption and support.
• Work closely with IT, finance teams, and implementation partners as the primary point of contact for Oracle EBS Finance operations.
• Conduct impact assessments and risk analysis for system changes to Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Provide ongoing application support including diagnosing issues, root cause analysis, and implementing continuous improvements.
• Utilize SQL queries and coordinate with developers for debugging using PL/SQL when necessary.
• Handle integrations with third-party systems such as banking and treasury tools, ensuring seamless operation and troubleshooting.
• Participate in compliance reviews and audits related to Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best practices within the Oracle EBS Finance domain.
• Monitor Oracle system performance and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee quality deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Treasury.
• Proven ability to conduct fit-gap analyses and translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders to implement functional solutions.
• Competence in SQL querying and familiarity with debugging using PL/SQL.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, internal control standards, and audit preparedness within Oracle EBS environments.
• Ability to manage integrations with external systems such as banking and treasury applications.
• Excellent documentation and training skills for users and support teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in application support and continuous improvement.
• Leadership abilities to mentor junior team members and share best practices.
