Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to lead and manage end-to-end implementations. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable, integrated Human Capital Management solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and other modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather requirements and discuss business processes with various stakeholders.
• Drive the functional configuration and design of Core HR and at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Transform business requirements into comprehensive HCM solutions that are scalable and cohesive.
• Develop and review functional design documents, configuration specifications, test plans, training guides, and project documentation.
• Manage the entire implementation lifecycle including design, build, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and hypercare support.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to handle integrations, data conversion using HDL/HSDL, report generation, workflows, approval mechanisms, and security setups.
• Support testing processes, triage defects, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate business validation steps.
• Conduct regular configuration and code reviews to maintain high quality standards and best practices in delivery.
• Engage in feasibility studies, solution architecture evaluations, and ensure compliance throughout the project phases.
• Define clear project scopes, objectives, milestones, and key deliverables while monitoring risks and escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide timely project progress reports and updates.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the team.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant.
• Strong expertise in Core HR module implementation and proficiency in at least two additional Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL data loading, OTBI reporting, BI Publisher, Fast Formula creation, workflows, and security setup.
• Exceptional client management and leadership skills to guide teams and interface with clients effectively.

Additional Information

• Position based in Hyderabad, India.
• Open to any graduate candidates.
• Annual salary range from ₹850,000 to ₹1,800,000.
