About the Role

The Process Associate position is pivotal in facilitating seamless customer operations within the Order-to-Cash segment at HCLTech. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality customer service primarily through email and chat interactions, while ensuring data integrity and fostering continuous process enhancements. The associate supports the organization’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns via email and chat channels, ensuring superior customer experience.
• Manage and update data systematically across various platforms and databases with precision.
• Diagnose customer challenges, offer practical solutions, and escalate intricate issues to senior teams when necessary.

Educational and Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline are eligible, with preference for Arts and Science graduates.
• Degrees such as B.Com, BBA, MBA, and M.Com focusing on Accounting and Finance are suitable.
• Qualifications such as B.Tech, IT, MCA, and BE do not qualify for this role.

Additional Information

• Specifically targeting freshers from the 2024 or 2025 batch.
• Strong written communication skills are necessary, especially for email and chat support roles.
